McKenzie strives to help others live their best lives through food, mindset & movement. In her own words, McKenzie says, “I truly believe living a healthy life shouldn’t be complicated or hard. I believe in slowing down, getting back to our roots, eating real food & having true connections. I share simple tips on how to choose wholesome and nourishing foods to place on your plate. I showcase ways to shift your mindset so that your thoughts are working for you instead of against. I move with you to to lead by example on how to mindfully move your body.”
